摘要 PURPOSE: An automatic customer calling method is provided to connect a plurality of hospitals or medical institutes to a customer over the internet, to analyze medical data of the customer, to call the customer over the internet, and to offer the analysed medical data to the customer. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of an operator of a hospital executing an automatic calling management program(P002), the operator passing a user authentication procedure by inputting a password(P004), the operator registering basic diagnosis data or checking contents stored in a database(P006, P008, P010), an automatic calling control system analyzing customers and basic diagnosis data stored in the database(P014), the automatic calling control system extracting specifications to be automatically offered to the customer(P016), the system storing the extracted specifications at a database(P018), the system completing medical service data based on the extracted specifications, the system offering the completed medical service data to the customer while automatically calling the customer, and the system receiving new data from the customer and storing the new data at the database.
