PURPOSE: To provide a fuel injection control device for an engine with an automatic transmission capable of improving the fuel consumption and realizing the exhaust gas emission control at the maximum. CONSTITUTION: This fuel injection control device is provided with a means 11 for detecting the engine speed Ne of the engine 1, a means 12 for judging the carry-out of deceleration, a device 21 for controlling an automatic transmission 2, a means 13 for judging a direct connection of a damper clutch inside of the automatic transmission 2, a fuel injection device 31 for driving an injector 41 on the basis of the various input information. When the engine speed Ne exceeds the predetermined fuel cut determining engine speed during the carry-out of deceleration, a fuel cut range is judged, and fuel injection to the engine 1 by the injector 41 is prohibited.
