<p>The present invention relates to methods for the use of T cells or supernatants therefrom, and more particularly, activated T cells, in facilitating and/or regulating the differentiation, de-differentiation, maturation, organization, repair, and regeneration of various cells/tissues. Methods for inducing tissue repair and regeneration in vitro and in vivo are disclosed. The present invention also relates to compositions of cells, including activated T cells and/or cells resulting from the co-culture with activated T cells, and their use in inducing tissue repair and regeneration in vivo.</p> |
