PURPOSE: A catalyst for emulsifying waste plastics is provided which is prepared by reacting sodium silicate with alum so that alumina silicates are secured and blending the alumina silicates with other subsidiary components, and an emulsifying method of the waste plastics using the catalyst is provided. CONSTITUTION: The catalyst for emulsifying waste plastics is represented as the following chemical formula(1) as a spherical polyhedron mesh network structure: Chemical Formula 1: (Al,Si)Ox, where x is an integer of 0 or more, wherein a ratio of Al/Si is 4 to 8, and the catalyst comprises alkaline earth metal comprising Mg or Ca, inorganic adhesive and reciprocal equilibrium regulator. The emulsifying method of waste plastics comprises the processes of putting waste plastics into a decomposition reactor, and mixing the waste plastics with 3 to 5 wt.% of the catalyst for emulsifying waste plastics for the total waste plastics weight; and separately collecting liquid product and gas product by reacting the mixture in the temperature range of 350 to 470 deg.C under the sealed container pressure of 0.1 to 0.2 MPa. |
