<p>A mouth guard sheet which is excellent in impact absorption and durability, is thin and fits well, is easy to bite, and is not nauseous; and a sheet for mouth guards which is suitable for producing the mouth guard sheet. The sheet comprises: at least one block copolymer selected from the group consisting of (a·1) a block copolymer comprising a vinylaromatic compound polymer block (A) and a polyisoprene block (B) in which the content of 1,2·bonds and 3,4·bonds is 40 mol% or lower, (a·2) a block copolymer comprising the block (A) and a polymer block (C) which comprises isoprene units and butadiene units in a ratio of from 5/95 to 95/5 (wt.%) and in which the content of 1,2·bonds and 3,4·bonds is 40 mol% or lower, and (a·3) a block copolymer comprising the block (A) and a polybutadiene block (D) having a 1,2·bond content of 60 mol% or higher (provided that the content of vinylaromatic compound units in each copolymer is 10 to 40 wt.%); and hydrogenation products (b-1) to (b-3) obtained by hydrogenating the block copolymers.</p> |
