<p>A semipermeable reflecting film having a plastic film and, formed at least one surface thereof, a semipermeable reflecting layer containing a pearl pigment, wherein the pearl pigment in the semipermeable reflecting layer is oriented with an orientation angle of 15˚ or less to the direction of the plane of the plastic film, the pearl pigment in the semipermeable reflecting layer has an average particle diameter of 3 to 60 μm, and the ratio (D/T) of the average particle diameter (D) of the pearl pigment in the semipermeable reflecting layer to the thickness (T) of the semipermeable reflecting layer is 1.3 to 30. The semipermeable reflecting film exhibits good visibility with both of incident and reflecting lights.</p> |
