PURPOSE: Provided are a natural casing with self stability no involving chemical preservatives and a high quality of sausage manufactured therewith. CONSTITUTION: In the manufacturing method of a natural casing for filling with sausage, it is characterized by irradiating radiation in the absorbed dose of 1.5-10kGy. It comprises the steps of: washing a natural casing; packing it with packing paper; and irradiating radiation in the absorbed dose of 1.5-10kGy.
