PURPOSE: Provided are a functional beverage and tea composition which is good for hangover remove and health improvement, and a preparation process thereof by using natural herbal medicines as a main ingredient and adding various concentrated components and vitamins thereto. CONSTITUTION: The functional beverage composition comprises 7-14 wt.5 of Hoving Dulis Thunb extract, 2-5 wt.% of dried japanese apricot extract, 15-23 wt.% of alder tree extract, 5-10 wt.% of jujube extract, 5-10 wt.% of ginger extract, 5-10 wt.% of chrysanthemum extract, 2-5 wt.% of Citrus Sunki extract, 2-5 wt.% of Amomum xanthioides Wallich. extract, 2-5 wt.% of Lycium chinense Mill extract, 0.1-0.3 wt.% of Acanthopanax powder, 0.1-0.3 wt.% of pine needle extract powder, 0.015 wt.% of silk peptide, 2-5 wt.% of honey syrup, and 7-15 wt.% of fructose.
