Method for calibration of a pressure sensor (1) that is used in a control device (2) of an electronic braking or vehicle dynamic control system. After mounting of the sensor, calibration is undertaken using a heating element (3) that is contained within the pressure sensor. The invention also relates to a corresponding pressure sensor arrangement whereby the sensor includes a one or more heating elements for use with semiconductor pressure (8) and temperature (7) measurement elements.
