A twist closure (1) comprises: (a) parts which lie against each other partially; (b) passages that are permeable for vapors, to sterilize laying surfaces; (c) closure sleeve (5) with cylindrical opening (9) to fit over support body (3'); and (d) inner surface (35) of opening comprising ribs (21), which form a theoretical inner circle matching the support body diameter and which form gaps (23) between them.
