PURPOSE: A radiator with built-in oil cooler is provided to reduce width and weight of a lower tank and man-hours. CONSTITUTION: A radiator includes an upper header and a lower header; a plurality of tubes having both ends connected with the upper header and the lower header; radiating fins placed on outsides of the tubes; an upper tank joined to the upper header to form a passage for first heat exchange medium; an oil cooler(8) including a main body(8a) having a passage for second heat exchange medium exchanging heat with the first heat exchange medium formed therein, a suction pipe(8b) and an outflow pipe(8c) fludically connected with the main body for the second heat exchange medium to flow in and out through; and a flange part(8d) formed on base parts of the suction pipe and the outflow pipe; and a lower tank(16) joined to the lower header, having the oil cooler placed therein and formed by injection molding integrally with the oil cooler while the flange part is laid therein.
