<p>The present invention relates to compositions and methods for detecting or regulating Cholesteryl Ester Transfer Protein ('CETP'). This invention also relates to synthetic CETP peptides, corresponding antibodies, kits comprising the same, and their use to detect, quantify and/or monitor CETP levels in a sample. The above compounds and kits can also be used to modulate CETP levels or activity in vitro or in vivo, and to regulate lipid metabolism in a subject.</p> |
