PURPOSE: To provide an electric dehumidifier provided with a fan and a moisture absorbing element which can be made thin as a whole. CONSTITUTION: This electric dehumidifier is provided with the fan, the moisture absorbing element arranged on the outside of the circumferential surface of the fan for absorbing moisture contained in the air to be sent from the fan and a heating means for heating the air passing through the moisture absorbing element in order to remove the moisture absorbed by the moisture absorbing element.
