PURPOSE: An ultraviolet lamp holder of a microwave oven is provided to facilitate coupling with a ceiling plate and prevent moving or separation from the ceiling plate through strong bonding power. CONSTITUTION: In an ultraviolet lamp of a microwave oven, a circular protruded part(1) for inserting the front end of the ultraviolet lamp is formed to a side of a cylindrical body(10). Through holes(1A,1B) are each formed at the inner wall surface of the circular protruded part at the same interval as the electrodes of the ultraviolet lamp. Terminals(T), supplying power source to the electrode of the ultraviolet, are inserted into the inner peripheral surface of the through holes. Elastic pieces(3,4) adhered closely with the lower part of a ceiling plate are formed to the upper part of the body. Fitting hooks(6,7), spread by electricity in the side direction and adhered closely with the inner wall of an incision hole of the ceiling plate, are formed to both sides of a vertical member(5) connected to the upper part of the elastic pieces. The coupling with the ceiling plate is easily performed since the coupling with the ceiling plate is performed depending on the action of the elastic pieces and the fitting.
