APPARATUS FOR REMOVING CLOGGED SOLID ORE IN DISCHARGING SYSTEM OF BLENDED RAW MATERIALS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing solid ore is provided which automatically removes the solid ore by immediately detecting discharging defects due to solid ore in order to smoothly discharge blended raw materials. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for removing solids obstructing discharging of blended raw materials in a charging equipment for sintering operation in which blended raw materials stored in a raw material hopper are discharged through a side chute mounted on the lower part of a raw material hopper, the apparatus for removing clogged solid ore comprises a standard discharging amount setting part(20) for setting a standard discharging amount that is a discharging amount during normal operation; a discharging amount detection part(30) for detecting actual discharging amounts by measuring discharging height of blended raw materials discharged from a side chute; a crushing signal generation part for generating solid crushing signals if the actual discharging amounts are less than the standard discharging amount by comparing the standard discharging amount set in the standard discharging amount setting part(20) with the actual discharging amounts detected in the discharging amount detection part(30); a power supply part(50) for providing with power in case of receiving the solid crushing signals; and a solid crushing part(60) for crushing solids generated in the raw material hopper by power supplied from the power supply part(50).
