An electronic dealing method on the Internet or the like for settling an electronic dealing conveniently and safely.This method comprises:issuing an electronic coupon(21),having money value information to be used for the electronic dealing and owner identification information based on information specific to an information terminal(1),to the information terminal(1);recording and administering the money value information and the owner identification information of the electronic coupon(21)in a transfer administration memory(4a);and changing the owner identification information of the transfer administration memory(4a)in accordance with a transferee device of the electronic coupon(21).
