PIGMENTED POWDER PAINT SUSPENSIONS (PIGMENTED POWDER SLURRIES ), PRODUCTION METHOD AND UTILIZATION THEREOF

The invention relates to pigmented powder paint dispersions (pigmented powde r slurries) which can be produced by (1) mixing at least two liquid components , each of which contains at last one liquid starting product, in a static mixe r, whereby a liquid is obtained; (2) emulsifying the resulting liquid (1) in an aqueous medium in a dispersing unit, whereby an aqueous emulsion of liquid particles is obtained and (3) allowing the emulsion (2) to cool off so that a suspension of dimensionally stable particles is formed, whereby the aqueous medium represents the suspension of at least one pigment. The invention also relates to a method for the production of said suspensions and to their use as coatings, adhesives and sealants or to the production thereof.
