<p>A transcriptional regulatory domain is analyzed based on base sequence data containing the 5’-terminal domain of a cDNA obtained by the modified oligo cap method genome sequence. By the analysis based on the specific cDNA base sequence data, a high reliability can be obtained. This method makes it possible to efficiently and highly sensitively find out mutations and polymorphisms in the transcriptional regulatory domain.</p> |
