<p>The present invention provides a mutant RBP-J DNA binding protein capable of binding Notch protein but incapable of binding EBNA2 and to methods of isolating said mutant RBP-J protein. The present invention provides methods for identifying and producing drugs for treatment of EBV-infection or of disorders or diseases related to EBV-infection. The present invention further provides methods for treating an EBV-infection or a disorder or disease related to EBV-infection. Furthermore, the invention provises a mutant RBP-J DNA binding protein capable of binding EBNA2 protein but incapable of binding Notch.</p> |
