PURPOSE: A flat display panel and a method for fabricating the same are provided to prevent internal contamination and a lowering phenomenon of vacuum degree in a sealing process by forming a new sealing structure using a soldering method instead of an existing organic adhesive method and a frit sealing method. CONSTITUTION: A back plate(4) is arranged on a transparent face plate(2). The transparent face plate(2) and the back plate(4) face to each other. A solder layer(6) is used for forming a sealed portion by connecting the transparent face plate(2) with the back plate(4). The first damping layer(8a) is formed between the transparent face plate(2) and the solder layer(6). The second damping layer(8b) is formed between the back plate and the solder layer(6). A light emitting portion(A) is installed in the inside of the sealed portion.
