PURPOSE: An automatic tig welding rod dispenser is provided to accurately control the amount of a welding rod and the time for welding and to accurately dispense the welding rod at a uniform interval. CONSTITUTION: An upper case(2) of an automatic tig welding rod dispenser body comprises a power LED(Light Emitting Diode)(6), a tip fixing hole(8), a slide type speed control switch(9), a power switch(10), and a fixing hole(20). A lower case(3) comprises a charge terminal(24). A main PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(5) comprises an IC(11), a transistor(12), a resistance(13), and a connector(14). The main PCB and a DC motor(4) are placed on a charge cell(25) placed on the lower case. A comb gear(18), a gear(17), a belt(15), a flexible belt(16), and a welding rod tube(19) are sequentially combined to the lower case. The upper case is combined to a fixing hole(21) via a screw(22). Upon pushing a welding rod to the rear portion of the body, the DC motor rotates. If a user controls speed by using the speed control switch, the welding rod is dispensed automatically.
