PURPOSE: An easy recoverable dismantling/eliminating type soil nailing device is provided to prevent the displacement of a retaining wall and to stabilize the backside of a retaining wall. CONSTITUTION: The easy removable dismantling/eliminating type soil nailing device comprises an anchor steel bar(10) whose end is fixed to a retaining wall(20) by a steel plate(22) for ground pressure and a fixing nut(23), and a plastic pipe(11) for inputting a detonating cord and a filler injection pipe(13) for filling up a gap whose ends are exposed outward partially, wherein the anchor steel bar(10), the plastic pipe(11) for inputting a detonating cord and the filler injection pipe(13) for filling up a gap are covered by hardened grout(21) such as mortar.
