PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a high voltage transformer of a microwave oven is provided to reduce the winding number and a loss of high voltage due to hysteresis by providing a frequency to the high voltage transformer formed with stacked cores. CONSTITUTION: A microwave oven is formed with a magnetron thermo-stator, the first safety switch, a start relay switch, the second safety switch, an output control relay switch, a high voltage transformer, a tray motor, a monitor switch, and a fan motor. A control circuit board has a start relay and an output control relay. The high voltage transformer is formed with a plurality of thin film cores(201), the first side coil(203), and the second side coil(205). The winding number of the first side coil(203) and the winding number of the second side coil(205) decrease twice when a frequency of a commercial power source(AC) increases twice.
