发明名称 THERMAL INSULATION METHOD OF MULTI-STAGE DISTILLATION COLUMN BY COMPENSATION OF HEAT LOSS
摘要 PURPOSE: A thermal insulation method of a multi-stage distillation column by compensation of heat loss is provided to completely thermally insulate the distillation column irrespective of external temperature and vertical position of the distillation column in the multi-stage distillation column. CONSTITUTION: The thermal insulation method of a distillation column is characterized in that heat is supplied to the distillation column(1) through the heat supply source by installing temperature sensors at two points inside a thermal insulation layer that are differently distanced from the outer wall of the distillation column and installing a heat supply source at the more outer side than the temperature sensor installed at the more outer side than the other temperature sensor so that temperature of the two temperature sensors is equally maintained, wherein the distillation column is covered by an inner thermal insulation material(2), a metal sheet, an insulating film, a heating wire and an outer thermal insulation material in order, an inner joint(8) of thermoelectric couple thermometers is arranged between the outer wall of the distillation column and the inner thermal insulation material, and an outer joint(9) of thermoelectric couple thermometers is arranged between the inner thermal insulation material(2) and the metal sheet, different metals are used as a first thermoelectric couple wire(10) connecting the two temperature sensors and a second thermoelectric couple wire(11) connecting the temperature sensors to a temperature indication controller(12) so that temperature difference therebetween is directly measured, and the distillation column is vertically divided into two or more zones so that separate joints of thermoelectric couple thermometers and heating wires are arranged in each of the zones to measure temperature difference of each of the zones and heat the zones accordingly.
