The invention relates to aqueous primary dispersions and coating matters containing dispersed and or emulsified, solid and or liquid polymer particles and or dispersed solid core shell particles having a particle diameter le; 500 nm. The inventive dispersions and coating matters can be produced by means of radical micro or miniemulsion polymerisation of at least one olefinically unsaturated monomer (A) in the presence of at least one hydrophobe cross linking agent for the (co)polymer resulting from the monomer or the monomers (A). The invention also relates to a method for producing same and to the use thereof.
