PURPOSE: A method for preparing a cosmetic soap containing the extract liquid or powder of Saururus chinensis Baill is provided, to improve the antibacterial effect and the skin protection effect against the skin disease. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic soap is prepared by adding the extract liquid or powder of Saururus chinensis Baill to the basic soap source material.
