PURPOSE: A system and method for a price payment in an electronic commerce is provided to supply a security for a price payment and secure information of a buyer. CONSTITUTION: A network connection unit(112) is connected to a user terminal, a financial institution server, and a commodity supplying server on an on-line, and performs an interface. A tag file memory(114) constitutes a sale information display area with respect to a commodity to be supplied, performs a creation of payment data when a payment is requested, and stores data for creating and coding data structure information with respect to the commodity. A sale information memory(115) stores payment information requested in requesting a payment and payment result information. When data for paying a price are requested, a control unit(111) controls a supply of data of the tag file memory(114). The control unit(111) controls a storage of the payment information, the payment result information, and sale information, performs a control for a payment with the financial institution server, and performs a control for transmitting the payment result to the commodity supplying server. An operator performs an update, a deletion, and a storage of data, and a transmission/receipt of confirmation information of data in an operator interface(116).
