DIGITAL AIR VALVE TEST APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A digital air valve test apparatus is provided to test performance of air valve in an accurate and rapid manner by checking air flow in a real time basis through the detection of temperature and pressure in the elbow pipe and conversion of the detected signal into a digital signal. CONSTITUTION: A digital air valve test apparatus comprises a motor-blower set(10); an elbow pipe(20) for flow of air blowing from the motor-blower set; a safety valve(21) arranged adjacent an end of the elbow pipe, which limits size of internal air pressure; a rectifier(22) installed in front of the safety valve, which filters air flow in laminar flow; an orifice(23) installed in front of the rectifier, which changes air flow; an air valve(30) coupled to a flange tap(24) arranged at the other end of the elbow pipe; a control unit(40) for detecting, processing and recording electrical signals based on the change of temperature and air pressure in the elbow pipe; and a computer(50) for remotely controlling the control unit.
