CONSTITUTION: In a mobile diet monitoring device, an input unit(104) includes a plurality of keys for inputting personal information of a user and selecting or executing a function of a mobile diet monitoring device. A sensor unit(110) senses information of a quantity of movement of a user. A memory unit(120) stores a program in accordance with the function, and stores the personal information and the sensed information of a quantity of movement. An output unit outputs the personal information and the information of a quantity of movement and outputs information with respect to the current state of the user by corresponding to the personal information and the information of a quantity of movement. A control unit(102) receives meal taken amount information of the user from the input unit(104) and controls a calculation and an output of calorie information to be taken and to be consumed by the personal information, the meal taken amount information, and the information of a quantity of movement.
