Continuous flow watering device for pets

A continuous watering device (18) for small pets which produces minimal noise and splashing, the watering device having a lower container (20) for holding water, a submersible pump (56) to pump water to an elevated height, a upper reservoir to clean the water as it enters the reservoir, and a smooth and curved ramp (24) to support water as it slides downward and into the lower container. The continuous watering device uses flowing water to attract small pets and to provide clean water by continuously circulating the water thereby reducing the growth rate of bacteria and fungus.
