PURPOSE: A mother station and virtual base station device using an optical repeater is provided to process traffic of base stations having small neighboring traffic in one base station, and to transceive RF signals of a terminal and the base stations by using a front end of an existing system, thereby configuring a network without a near-far problem. CONSTITUTION: Transceiving antennas(501,513) receive a transmitted signal. Receiving filters(502,514) filter the received signal. Low noise amplifiers(503,516) amplify the filtered signal. Different receiving signal distributors(504,517) distribute the output signal of the amplifiers(503,516) to receiving signal distributors(505,518) of an existing system(500), receiving signal distributors(533,542) of a new system(530), and attenuators(531,540). The receiving signal distributors(505,518) distribute the output signal of the distributors(504,517) to an RF unit(506). The RF unit(506) processes the signal according to each channel. A digital channel processor(507) performs a digital signal processing and a channel processing for output signals of the RF unit(506). A transmitting signal coupler(508) couples output signals of the RF unit(506) to one signal. A high power amplifier(509) amplifies the output signals of the coupler(508). A transmitting filter(511) filters the output signal of the amplifier(509). A transmitting antenna(512) transmits the output signal of the transmitting filter(511).
