PURPOSE: A sanitary-type electric pressure kettle is provided to achieve a sanitary state of the sanitary-type electric pressure kettle by washing an upper case of the sanitary-type electric pressure kettle while separating/assembling the upper case from/into the sanitary-type electric pressure kettle. CONSTITUTION: A sanitary-type electric pressure kettle(60) has full natural color, voice, sound, three-dimensional holography, light emitting LCD functions. A full-colored and electronically controlled three-dimensional holographic, color converting, planar, light emitting LCD/light emitting CRT/light emitting plasma section(61) is provided in the sanitary-type electric pressure kettle(60). An upper case(1) of the sanitary-type electric pressure kettle(60) and pressure pendulums are detachably coupled to the sanitary-type electric pressure kettle(60). Full-colored and electronically controlled three-dimensional holographic image displaying section is provided in the sanitary-type electric pressure kettle(60). Various kinds of sensors are provided in the sanitary-type electric pressure kettle(60). Open/closing devices, a rubber packing, various safety devices and aluminum lids are provided in the sanitary-type electric pressure kettle(60). Steam-pressure rubber packings are installed in the sanitary-type electric pressure kettle(60).
