PURPOSE: A sealing coupling device for water meter is provided to achieve improved reliability for water meter by preventing water meter from being artificially manipulated by a user. CONSTITUTION: A water meter(1) comprises a main body(10) having a connection pipe(11) to be coupled to water pipes for supplying water to each building or home; a meter(30) coupled on the top of the main body, which meters amount of water flowing through the main body; an upper cap(20) screw-coupled to the top of the main body, which fixes the meter; and a sealing unit interposed between the main body and the upper cap, which prevents rotation of the upper cap. The sealing unit includes a support portion(12) protruded from the upper portion of the connection pipe of the main body, which has a mounting groove(13); a protrusion(21) protruded from the outer periphery of the upper cap, which has an insertion groove(22); and a bar-shaped fixing member(41) to be fit into the mounting groove of the support portion and the insertion groove of the protrusion.
