PURPOSE: A condensing water treating apparatus is provided to prevent an environment from be contaminated and to effectively treat condensing water by forming a fluid passage for allowing condensing water to directly make contact with a neutralizing member. CONSTITUTION: A condensing water reservoir(20) having predetermined size and width is positioned at a lower potion of a heat exchanger of a boiler. A condensing water receiving chamber(21) is formed in the condensing water reservoir(20). A condensing water inlet(22) is formed at a center of the condensing water receiving chamber(21). A housing(23) is formed at an inner portion of the condensing water reservoir(20). A plug member(30) is installed in the housing(23) of the condensing water reservoir(20). An outlet(32) is formed at a lower portion of a receiving part of the plug member(30). A neutralizing member is installed in the receiving part of the plug member(30). A bias-flow preventing member(33) is formed at a sidewall of the receiving part of the plug member(30).
