PURPOSE: A method of inferring an event of an MIP(Managed Intelligence Platform) is provided to sequentially analyze states of events coming from an exchange, and to quickly find a corresponding operation for a time change, thereby adaptively coping with events differently generated according to time changes. CONSTITUTION: An event processor checks whether an event is generated by checking whether an event report message is received(401). If so, the event processor retrieves rule bases(403). The event processor checks whether a rule base having a rule set for the generated event exists(405). If so, the event processor compares rule conditions of the rule set with conditions of the event report message(407). The event processor checks whether a rule satisfying the conditions exists(409). If so, the event processor reads a performance command corresponding to the conditions, and performs an operation according to the command(411).
