PURPOSE: A digital CATV set-top box is provided to easily connect a radio-frequency module and a cable module of the digital CATV set-top box with each other without using a coaxial cable so as to improve insertion loss and frequency characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A digital CATV set-top box includes a radio-frequency module(100) having a modem connection pin(CMP) for transmission and reception of communication signals, and a cable modem(200) having a module connection pin(RFMP) connected with the modem connection pin. The modem connection pin and the module connection pin are conductive pins. When the radio-frequency module is mounted on a board, the end of the modem connection pin is connected to the first setting position of the board. When the cable modem is mounted on the board, the end of the module connection pin is connected to the second setting position of the board. The modem connection pin and the module connection pin are connected to each other through a conductive pattern(MP) formed between the first and second setting positions.
