METHOD FOR REFINING BEAN CURD FILTRATE

PURPOSE: A method for increasing yield ratio of effective ingredients such as isoflavone by pretreating the bean curd before loading it into an ion exchange resin, and preventing water pollution by refining the bean curd through an additional filtering process is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for treating bean curd filtrate comprises the steps of a) collecting raw water of bean curd filtrate at a temperature of 20 to 30 deg.C; b) removing solids by centrifugal separating the collected mixture; c) sterilizing the filtrate obtained by centrifugal separation to a temperature of 60 to 80 deg.C; d) cooling the sterilized mixture to a temperature of 30 to 45 deg.C; e) adsorbing the mixture onto an adsorption resin, and washing the adsorption resin using water having temperature of 60 to 80 deg.C; f) flowing out effective ingredients from the adsorption resin by adding spirits to the adsorption resin; and g) vacuum concentrating an effluent obtained according to the above steps, and vacuum drying the vacuum concentrated effluent, wherein the method further comprises the step of cooling the adsorption resin by washing the adsorption resin of the step e) using water having temperature of 15 to 25 deg.C before adding the spirits to the adsorption resin in the step f). The method for refining bean curd filtrate comprises the steps of a) removing solids by centrifugal separating raw water of bean curd filtrate; b) passing a filtrate obtained by the centrifugal separation through an adsorption resin; and c) passing a filtrate obtained after passing of the adsorption resin through a diatomite filter, wherein the method further comprises the step of sterilizing and cooling the filtrate after removing the solids in the step a).
