PURPOSE: An electric contact structure between two devices is provided to easily attach electric contact terminals of two devices regardless of housing shapes of the two devices, thereby electrically contacting contact terminals of the two devices by using a magnetic force. CONSTITUTION: When a battery housing(100c) of the first ferromagnetic part(301) and the second ferromagnetic part(302) and a charger housing(200c) of the first magnet(201) and the second magnet(202) are contacted with charging terminals(10,13) installed in the housings(100c,200c), a battery's charging terminal(10) is automatically contacted with a charger's charging terminal(13) whenever a battery accesses around a charger. When a supplementary ferromagnetic part(303) and a supplementary magnet(203) are added to the battery housing(100c) and the charger housing(200c), the charging terminals(10,13) are electrically contacted in more precise method.
