PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing postal cards and general private cards is provided to produce intaglio and relief engraved effects by using new printing technique in order to obtain three-dimensional expression of the cards. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several stages of computer-modeling images of a subjected card; creating a file capable of being input in a CNC engraving device; inputting the created file, setting up a desired condition depending on materials and standards of the subject then processing an original plate(2); securing the processing paper on bed of a press and placing a pad(4) above the bed; controlling a constant compression pressure by operating a press roller as a pressure control component; moving the bed(1) to the pressure control horizontally; forming desired characters and/or alphabet on the processing paper(3) by pressing the roller; cutting the processed paper match with a necessary standard; and packaging the products after examining final state of the product.
