摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to detect internal defects of flexible object at a high speed and high precision through the simulation of internal defects in a three-dimensional shape. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step(S200) of detecting surface of an object by permitting detectors connected to a jig to scan ultrasonic waves; a second step(S210) of simultaneously transmitting ultrasonic signals obtained through the ultrasonic waves scanned from detectors and reflected from internal defects of the object, to a multi-channel ultrasonic expander; a third step(S220) of analyzing ultrasonic signals in terms of depth, size and position of defects in the object, and creating a three-dimensional script; and a fourth step(S230) of performing three-dimensional simulation by simulating shape of the object onto a monitor, based on the three-dimensional script created in the third step.
