PURPOSE: A floor assembly for heating is provided to reduce expenses and working hours by assembling and disassembling a pipe floor member in the heating area conveniently, and to improve thermal efficiency by transferring heat of hot water to the entire floor member through a hot water pipe. CONSTITUTION: A floor assembly is composed of a floor body(20) having first and second symmetrical combination grooves(24,26) and a pipe groove(28) inserting a hot water pipe; a thermal insulating member(10) having second combination protrusions fitted to second combination grooves, and plural grooves(18); and a floor member(30) fitted to first combination grooves of the floor body with first combination protrusions(32). The thermal insulating member is horizontally installed on a slab, and the position of the hot water pipe is set by fitting the floor body to the thermal insulating member. The floor member is mounted on the floor body. Working hours and expenses are reduced by assembling and disassembling the floor assembly conveniently.
