PURPOSE: Provided is a spoon and chopsticks case to solve hygienic problems caused by touching other spoons and chopsticks when a user takes out his/her spoon and chopsticks. CONSTITUTION: The spoon and chopsticks case includes a spoon storing part(21) and a chopsticks storing part(22). The spoon storing part(21) includes a guide wall which has the same shape with the contour of a spoon(13), a scoop support plate(6) for supporting the scoop part by a support spring, a scoop part fixing rack connected with the spoon and chopsticks case(1) for fixing the spoon(13) in the case(1) and a press plate elastically supported by a press spring for pushing the spoon close to the guide wall. The chopsticks storing part(22) includes chopsticks support plate(9) for supporting the chopsticks by a support spring.
