PURPOSE: A protection cover of a liquid display device is provided to prevent a circuit inferiority from happening, enhance an operation efficiency in a testing or repairing process, and make a module connector of a PCB be used easily by improving a protection cover of a liquid display device. CONSTITUTION: In a liquid display device including a display module mounted at the rear surface thereof and a protection cover(30) for protecting a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(10) wrapped at the upper surface of the PCB(10), an opening/closing structure is provided at a portion in which a variable resistance(3) is located for a common voltage adjustment. The PCB(10) mounts a circuit(1) for operating a display module, a module connector(2) being connected to a board connector of a system, and the variable resistance(3) for adjusting a common voltage and optimizing a vibration. The variable resistance(3) is incised as a channel shape according to the variable resistance(3), and the incised portion(31) is bent horizontally and vertically and opened or closed.
