PURPOSE: A method for preparing a heat resistant ceramic ware coated with two kind of glazes and a heat resistant ceramic ware prepared by the method are provided, to coat the internal and external faces and bottom of the ceramic ware with a glaze, thereby preventing the infiltration of liquid into a foundation. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of making a vessel-shaped foundation by using the paste prepared from water and a foundation material; calcining the foundation; coating the internal and external faces of the foundation with a high curing glaze; removing the some of the coated glaze; placing the foundation to allow the part where the glaze is removed to be contact with the bottom, and heating it at a temperature above the calcination temperature of the high curing glaze to adhere the high curing glaze to the foundation; coating the part where the high curing glaze is not coated with a low curing glaze; and heating the foundation at a temperature between the calcination of the low curing glaze and the melting point of the high curing glaze to adhere the low curing glaze to the foundation.
