PURPOSE: A meal tool having a support plate is provided to eat sanitarily as it prevents contact with foreign substance and facilitate handling since the meal tool is integrally formed with the support plate. CONSTITUTION: A groove for feeding is formed in the designated portion of the known real tool(1) comprising a spoon(1A), a chopstick, a fork and so on. And, the groove for feeding in integrally connected with the support plate(3) in the form of ring prepared by elastomer(rubber or synthetic resin), metal, stone, or ceramic material. In here, the support plate(3) is one of circle, triangle, quadrangle, pentagon, hexagon or octagon. Furthermore, the support plate(3) is one of metal, stone, or ceramic material.
