FIELD: flying vehicle control equipment. SUBSTANCE: method is characterized by use of aerodynamic surface and additional aerodynamic surface mounted along axis of rotation on additional shaft, actuator, lever with cylindrical projection, fork with slot for receiving cylindrical projection and units for measuring angles of attack and lift force coefficients for each surface. Provision is also made for computer unit for forming control signal by turning additional surface taking into account derivatives of angles of attack and lift force coefficients of each surface.
