PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a water-bubble mixed solution quickly by omitting outrigger stretching and jack landing processes after the arrival at fire sites. SOLUTION: In a water truck for heights which discharges solutions after the completion of preparations for discharging via a bubble-mixed solution preparation process S1, an outrigger stretching process S3, a jack landing process S4, a tower erecting process S5 and a nozzle extending process S6, a changeover switch operation process S2 is provided between the bubble-mixed solution preparation process and the outrigger stretching process while a short circuiting circuit 10 directly reaching the nozzle extending process S6 from the changeover switch operation process S2 is provided in parallel with the outrigger stretching process, the jack landing process and the tower erecting process when the changeover switch of the changeover switch operation process S2 is turned ON.
