PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the sufficient cutting properties of an unvulcanized rubber composition at the time of production of an unvulcanized rubber roller and to suppress the generation of a damage in a core metal. SOLUTION: The outer peripheries of a plurality of core metals, which are connected in a contact state so as not to generate a gap in a longitudinal direction, are covered with the unvulcanized rubber composition and this unvulcanized rubber composition applied to the core metals is cut on the connection part of the core metals or the outer peripheries of the end parts of the core metals by a cutting blade coated with water, an aqueous solution or a dispersion based on water. |
