PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground-railway dump truck for inspecting a tunnel manufactured at a low cost, and enabling a number of workers to simultaneously perform tunnel inspection work efficiently. SOLUTION: This tunnel inspection ground-railway dump truck 1 is provided with a dump truck body 2 and a tunnel inspection frame 3 unloadably carried on a deck 21. The tunnel inspection frame 3 is provided with a body frame 4, an elevating platform 5 stored in the frame to be elevated, and a manual winch 6 for elevating the elevating platform 5. Scaffolds 46, 47 with an opening and closing handrail are fitted to the right and left of the body frame 4, and collapsible handrails 52 are fitted to four peripheral edges of the top face 51 in the elevating platform 5. A number of workers can get on the top face 51 of the elevating platform 5 and the scaffolds expanded in the lateral direction to simultaneously inspect the respective parts of the inner wall of the tunnel. Since the elevating platform 5 is elevated manually, the dump car can be manufactured at a low cost.
