Organomineral adsorbent of micotoxines as the additive for cattle fodder, procedure and application, is obtained by known procedures, by processing zeolitic tuf, that contains more than 80% of minerals from the group of klinoptiolete/ highlandate by grinding in three levels, wet classing and transformation into water suspension. Suspension, 20-50% of hard phase seolitic turf, is mixed in the agitating apparatus at 4000 R/min to which you must add organic component, quaternary amine of second carbon chain, and most suitable, dioctadecildimethyl amine, octadeciltrimethyl amine, octadecilbenzildimethyl amine or similarcompounds in the amount of 0,5 - 5 mg / 100gr of zeolite turf. Suspension is filtered, dried at the temperature 80-100°C, disintegrated to the volume of particles 100 micrometers and then packed in powder condition. Adsorbent mikotoxine possesses ballanced surface elecrticity and degree of hydrofobical state, also at the same time new active centres on which we find absorbed micotoxines of wide specter of polarity. Organomineral adsorbent of micotoxines is added to cattle fodder directly, or premix in the amount of 0,2% in the complete fodder mixture. |
